Adam's girlfriend Erin came out to visit for Adam's 25th birthday. Adam and I had just taken a Thai cooking class so we decided to make all the dishes from the class for Erin and my brother, Scott (he was visiting). Erin and Adam did all the prep work before I got home and then Adam orchestrated all of us working in the kitchen. The results were amazing!
